Today I am bringing you one of my favorite ways to prepare fish fillets. I absolutely love it and all my guests love it too. It is my Fish in Coconut Sauce. If you want to prepare fish in a different way, give this recipe a try. I am sure you will be happy for this choice.

  • Cook-time-30 minutes
  • Total Time:50 minutes
  • Yield:4 servings

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for fish dressing in a bowl and let the fish marinate in the dressing while you prepare the rest.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, pepper fruit and tomatoes for few minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk and the fish fillets with the dressing. Let it cook for about 20 min.
  4. Serve with rice, fresh coriander, and the salat of your choice or simply some avocado slices. Enjoy!

Ingredients

FOR THE FISH DRESSING :

  • 450 g fish fillet
  • 1 lemon, the juice
  • 1 orange, the juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander seeds

FOR THE COCONUT SAUCE :

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small white onion
  • 1 pepper fruit
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Salt & pepper
